1. Promoter
   The promoter of this prize draw is Potted History, Crown Studio, Rothbury, NE65 7SW, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to residents worldwide aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Northern Ireland and employees of Potted History and their immediate families.

This promotion is void where prohibited by local law.

3. How to Enter
   You may enter in one of two ways:

a) Purchase Entry
Place any order via the Potted History online shop before 23:59 (UK time) on 28 February 2026. One entry per order.

b) Free Postal Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send a letter including your full name, email address, and the words FREE DRAW to:

Your entry must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on 28 February 2026.

No purchase is necessary to enter. All valid entries will have an equal chance of winning.

4. Closing Date
   The prize draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 28 February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The Prize
   One winner will receive a £30 Potted History gift voucher redeemable online.
   No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

7. Notification
   The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date using the email address provided.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. No Cost to Claim
   There is no charge to claim the prize.

9. Data Protection
   Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used only for administering the prize draw and in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. General
    Potted History reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
